In a side trip into my favourite comic shop I spotted this. I adore Lost Boys it started my love affair with hot vampires. I thought Keifer Sutherland was particularly good as the evil David.
I only own two action figures: librarian action figures no less both the original and deluxe with shushing action (Nancy Pearl). They are both still in their box. It's a running joke that maybe they will be worth something one day. They also live in my office at work and have started many a conversation.
Over the last couple of years I have crocheted a number of Dr Who and Buffy dolls. If I pass a Minatour I often pop in and lust after Dr Who merchandise. I was given a fantastic Tardis USB hub for my birthday and a have a sonic screwdriver. I would really like a life-size David Tennant (Dr Who #10), John Simm (Master), Buffy or Spike but I really have nowhere to put them.
When I was a child I only ever owned one Barbie. A Christmas present when I was eight. She was the basic Malibu Barbie, my Nana used to make clothes for her. I have only ever formed close relationships with three dolls/teddy in my life. Malibu Barbie, Albert (a baby boy doll), Ted a knitted teddy bear. None of them survived childhood. Yet I have kept quite a few of my childrens toys. My dog Boo is fond of adopting them. I have rescued many from her.
Do you own any action figures?
