A day spent crocheting is a good day. I was asked to make a phone cosy for a old skool nokia my first attempt was too big and fits my eyephone so I had to make another. The second is embellished with felt flowers. It was a wonderful excuse to break out some blanket stitch.
Domo-kun is popular with the drift community. This is for my daughter's boyfriend. You can purchase patterns for domo on etsy. This one is a variation on one created by Whitepaw.

I blogged recently about my iphone home screen but ios4 has blown that all out the window. Here is my home screen before and here it is now. I am still yet to work out the benefits of the upgrade to the new ios4 operating system for me a iphone 3G owner but the good news is it looks like my geotagging is working again.
Messages - I love to text
Calendar - synced with google calendar and work calendar It is my life saver
Photos - take lots of photos on my phone and post to flickr, blog and twitter
Metlink - helps me to see what time Metlink thinks the buses, trains and trams are meant to arrive some times it is right
Google - Friend to all librarians
Weather - I should get rid of this as it is not the best weather app this is...
Pkt Weather - I love this app especially the rain radar
Kindle - syncs with the Kindle so I can read my book on the bus when it gets dark
Opera Mini - trying this out because it got good reviews. Not convinced that it is better than Safari as a broswer
Calculator - for spilting bills
Hello Kitty Tappit - Twitter app I haven't used it much but it is cute!
Camera+ - my fav app at the moment. You can take quite good photos with it and it has a zoom and editing functionality
foursquare - I moved it so I remember to check-in to places. I am not very good at playing
ABC mobile - great for 90 sec news vids and keeping up with stuff
Echofon - my twitter app of choice
GW Mail - use groupwise at work and this app is better for reading it on the iphone
Mail - synced with my gmail
Ipod & phone - I gave away my ipod touch when I got the iphone (to my daughter) and now use this as my main mp3 player. Sometimes I do ring people.
